TradeUpCoach, including all software, algorithms, research methodologies, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
You retain ownership of your personal information. By participating, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes, including publication of findings.
THE RESEARCH PROTOTYPE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us at hello@tradeupcoach.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeUpCoach regarding research participation.
